Senior Product Designer

Leadership skills and experience, ability to work independently and drive projects. Deep desire to learn the industry and become an in-house expert. Strategic mindset to align design with business goals and user needs. Experience with data-driven design decision-making and user engagement metrics. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, adaptable in a fast-changing environment. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience designing data-heavy SaaS products (bonus points for fraud or identity space). Prior experience in B2B.

Lead the direction of initiatives to shape product future and drive execution. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and problem statements. Create flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from conception to compelling experiences. Generate insights through research and data analysis to advocate for customer needs. Design across UX and UI, presenting solutions and iterating based on feedback. Support implementation with the engineering team. Collaborate with other designers and product teams to ensure design coherence. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to ongoing improvements of design team processes, culture, and tools.
