Clinical Program Director, Med-Psych Management Program

Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with one of the following licenses: LCSW, CPC/LPC, LMFT, Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or equivalent. 10+ years of relevant population health management experience. Experience leading, building, and implementing programs nationally with strong outcomes. Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, or health care management from an accredited university. Experience in Health Coaching or Medical Social work strongly preferred.

Lead the Population Health Management Program (SPHMP), expanding the program and delivering on all financial and clinical goals. Understand and meet contractual obligations to health plan partners. Create and implement scalable and sustainable program plans for new programs. Deliver against monthly and quarterly enrollment objectives. Elevate team performance through coaching and mentorship. Ensure team members are proficient in core job functions. Collect and synthesize data to support team training and improve engagement. Analyze team activities to develop and execute continuous improvement plans. Partner with People Operations to hire, coach, and mentor the team. Manage and report on operational budgets. Identify member behavioral health diagnoses and ensure appropriate service plans. Review and approve claims with the billing team. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
