Experience leading a RSM team and/or experience as a senior member of a RSM team in the Teach For All network is highly preferred. Sufficient English-language proficiency to lead group calls, provide 1-1 coaching, and develop written products in English. Experience in designing and leading in-person and virtual adult learning spaces. Strong coaching and consulting skills. Ability to bridge across diverse cultures and contexts. Experience working in close partnership with GenZ. Deep personal commitment to and nuanced understanding of Teach For All's purpose, theory of change, Unifying Principles, and Core Values. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships. Strong organizational and flexible project management skills. Experience and/or comfort with leveraging social media for successful recruitment efforts.

Provide 1:1 coaching and consulting as an RSM Content Area Expert to network partners globally, with a focus on Europe. Advance global RSM priorities by partnering with Heads of RSM and senior leadership on topics like diverse talent sourcing and Gen Z/Alpha messaging. Analyze global needs and co-develop strategies for content, learning experiences, resources, and tools in RSM areas. Design and lead virtual and in-person learning experiences for Heads of RSM and key staff. Build and strengthen core recruiter skills. Design and build e-courses for RSM leaders. Set the vision and manage the Europe RSM community. Contribute to fostering a strong global RSM community. Create and curate resources, tools, and best practices for partner organizations. Lead the development and execution of high-impact RSM projects and initiatives. Share insights and collaborate with internal teams to integrate global RSM progress. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment. Actively participate in and lead organizational projects.
