Responsibilities:
Own and execute global enablement programs including onboarding, certifications, solution refreshers, and training calendar. Administer ABBYY’s enablement tech stack, managing Seismic and Mindtickle. Deliver field communications via Global Enablement Newsletter and other updates. Translate strategy into execution by working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps. Measure and improve program adoption, completion, and platform usage. Act as a trusted partner to the field, capturing feedback and resolving requests.
