Requirements:
Convenience retail or Foodservice experience 2-5+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG Experience within convenience, foodservice, military, or other AFH channels strongly preferred Success managing regional or national accounts with measurable sales growth Experience working with distributor-managed models (e.g., UNFI, Core-Mark, McLane) Understanding of route-to-market strategy, trade marketing, and category management principles Relationship-building and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Responsibilities:
Manage regional key accounts across convenience, foodservice, and other AFH channels. Execute account-level business plans to achieve sales goals. Nurture relationships with key decision-makers, brokers, and distributor partners. Utilize data to drive strategic recommendations. Identify new distribution opportunities within the West Coast region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage regional distributor networks. Track performance metrics and deliver regular updates. Represent the company at regional trade shows and events.
