Convenience retail or Foodservice experience 2-5+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG Experience within convenience, foodservice, military, or other AFH channels strongly preferred Success managing regional or national accounts with measurable sales growth Experience working with distributor-managed models (e.g., UNFI, Core-Mark, McLane) Understanding of route-to-market strategy, trade marketing, and category management principles Relationship-building and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
