Requirements:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably selling capital equipment, industrial goods, or large contract deals. Experience in selling plant equipment into Construction is a plus. Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders (C‑suite, operations heads) and manage objections. Self‑starter attitude, comfortable working remotely/part‑time, motivated by results. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in selling solutions in the sustainability/clean‑tech arena is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage and own the full sales process: from opportunity stage through proposal, negotiation, contract and handover. Engage with decision-makers in construction, warehousing or industrial asset organisations who are considering a shift to electric alternatives. Present and articulate the value proposition of the electric-drivetrain equipment: zero emissions, low noise, robust build, cost savings, environmental benefits. Work with internal teams (lead generation, product specialists, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution. Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline progress. Hit defined sales targets; performance-based variable remuneration.
