5+ years of experience as a Product Designer Experience in fast-pace SaaS startups and scale-ups is highly regarded Experience designing across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery A strong portfolio showcasing product design work, especially for complex workflows A good eye for design and sound judgment in applying design best practices Strong communication skills Experience working in agile environments as part of a product trio A results-oriented mindset Adaptability and pragmatism (Bonus) Experience working asynchronously with global teams Proficient with Figma, JIRA, and other standard product design and prototyping tools

Work end-to-end across discovery, ideation, and delivery Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers Drive innovation and early-stage discovery projects Facilitate design workshops, user research sessions, and validation activities Support Design Ops practice Maintain and evolve design system Advocate for best-in-class design thinking Be proficient with Figma, JIRA, and other standard product design and prototyping tools
