Product Designer

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related design discipline 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design Highly proficient in Figma for high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and component-based workflows Strong understanding of visual design principles — layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns Comfortable translating product requirements, user needs, and wireframes into prototypes and clean, scalable UI specifications Familiarity with design systems and an interest in contributing to shared components and design standards Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside design leaders, product managers, and frontend engineers Open to feedback and skilled at incorporating input from customers, stakeholders, and design critiques Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and ask thoughtful questions Experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian/Jira tools

Shape how users interact with Quantifind's products Translate complex workflows and data into intuitive experiences Create detailed UI designs, build prototypes, and write specifications Assure production quality for user-driven features Contribute to and maintain the design system Expand components as new product needs arise Learn user workflows and challenges to improve software Take ownership of entire features from research to design specification
