Product Designer

5+ years of experience in product/UX design, including significant time on web-based or SaaS products 2+ years of experience working with and reviewing work completed by contract designers Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, workflow- or data-heavy products Strong interaction design, information architecture, and visual design skills Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar) Experience working closely with product managers and engineers in an agile or iterative environment Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Own end-to-end product design for key workflows across our web-based products Translate complex, data-heavy healthcare and real-world evidence use cases into clear, usable flows and interfaces Identify key projects for designer contractors and guide their work Partner with product managers to develop materials for usability testing and incorporate findings into design decisions Design data-dense experiences for data science partners Create low- to high-fidelity prototypes Establish and maintain our design system Collaborate with product management and engineering to scope work and support implementation Advocate for usability, accessibility, and responsible use of AI
