Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and develop the US Client Success team Set clear goals, drive accountability, and build a high-performance culture Drive commercial growth by owning and managing revenue targets, client health, and adoption Drive monetization across the client base Partner on enterprise deal planning, renewal negotiations, and client execution Serve as a trusted partner to executives at sports teams and venues Act as senior escalation point on complex issues Lead strategic initiatives to scale the CS organization Partner cross-functionally with Executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, and others Leverage data and insights to inform client performance and internal strategy Represent SeatGeek at client meetings and industry events
