Requirements:
10+ years in revenue-focused leadership roles across business development, marketing, sales operations, or revenue operations, ideally in agency or media environments Experience in setting business strategy, leading forecasting, and managing P&L for agency or high-growth commercial businesses Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams in marketing, sales, or revenue operations functions Demonstrated ability to innovate new revenue channels, own complex negotiations, and influence executive decision-makers Advanced skills in commercial analytics, revenue reporting, pipeline management, and CRM or revenue operations tooling Strong written and verbal communication skills, including c-suite and board-level engagement
Responsibilities:
Lead business direction, revenue strategy, and goal-setting. Oversee all revenue activities and recommend business priorities. Own forecasting, reporting, and analysis for all revenue channels. Develop and innovate new revenue sources and channels. Align planning and execution across new business, marketing, and revenue operations. Direct service and capability development based on market trends. Lead key pricing negotiations and provide profitability guidance. Oversee the new business process and lead strategic pitches. Confirm staffing, pricing, and planning for new account wins. Collaborate on accurate new client resourcing and pipeline tracking. Align marketing with revenue objectives and ICP strategy. Set marketing goals and KPIs to drive revenue impact. Maintain an enablement suite for pitches and sales tools. Coach on renewals, cross-sells, and pricing strategies. Direct involvement in high-stakes renewal and procurement conversations. Build a culture of revenue contribution within the accounts team. Manage and track revenue opportunities and forecasts. Directly manage leaders in marketing and new business. Coach and develop direct reports, and drive team clarity. Strategically allocate resources to influence revenue growth. Review contracts with attention to detail. Drive continuous improvement in revenue cycle processes.
