Requirements:
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or adjacent fields. 5+ years leading RevOps at high-growth B2B SaaS companies. Proven success building and scaling RevOps foundations (planning, forecasting, process design, data/BI, enablement). Deep understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics and GTM funnel dynamics. Advanced analytical rigor (forecasting, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, conversion optimization, exec-level reporting). Tech stack leadership including CRM governance and data quality (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, data pipelines/warehouse, and BI tooling. Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills. Builder's mindset with operational depth.
Responsibilities:
Embed in executive planning to shape strategic decisions. Lead revenue planning and forecasting, including quotas and GTM design. Design variable compensation plans. Build and maintain forecasting processes for board confidence. Model "what-if" scenarios for pricing, pipeline, and headcount. Oversee and optimize GTM technology stack (HubSpot, Gong, Clari). Provide data and insights to align Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Product. Deliver board and investor-ready dashboards and forecasts. Drive operational excellence to free leadership and GTM teams for growth.
