Responsibilities:
Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Alpha HR’s Recruitment Manager. Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability. Present shortlisted candidates to Alpha HR’s internal recruitment team. Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
