Hands-on experience recruiting in UK, EU, Asia, US, and Canada markets. Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced environments. Passion for data-driven recruiting. Comfort with ATS (Ashby preferred), Notion, and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with diverse, international teams.
