Training Consultant

Bachelors degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry Ability to travel 50% of the time is required Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars Assess training needs and customize programs Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs Collaborate with cross-functional teams Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Travel on-site to visit clients for scheduled in-person trainings
