Requirements:
5+ years of experience in customer education, training, or instructional design within a SaaS or technology company 2+ years of experience managing a global training team or enablement function Proven experience creating and maintaining LMS-based training programs Strong background in content creation for diverse audiences and learning formats Experience working with multilingual training delivery and content localization Excellent project management skills Strong communication and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities:
Curate, develop, and manage adoption and enablement content Own lifecycle and maintenance of content in Keeper’s LMS Lead and scale a global training team Coordinate translation and localization of training content Establish and maintain a scalable process for delivering training Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Define and monitor success metrics for training Advocate for continuous improvement in training tools and delivery
