STAR Acumatica Consultant (ERP Training Program)

5+ years of professional experience in accounting/finance, manufacturing, supply chain management, computer information systems, or closely related fields. Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional job-related certifications are a plus. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP Software as a user or administrator; experience with ERP implementation projects is a plus. Experience as a manager, supervisor, or team leader preferred. Project Management or Business Analyst experience highly desired. Solid business acumen with exceptional communication skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational/time management skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools. Availability for ad hoc travel.

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to capture customer requirements and objectives. Produce documentation on current challenges, future requirements, and benefits. Perform project planning, business process mapping, and user acceptance testing. Guide internal and customer implementation teams as a Subject Matter Expert. Participate in business development through sales calls and proposal development. Deliver training sessions via phone, web, or in-person. Provide prompt and courteous customer service and support.
