Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Law, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5–8 years of experience selling SaaS financial or business applications, ideally to legal or professional services firms. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas. Strong ability to self-generate pipeline and effectively manage long, complex sales cycles. Experience selling to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes buying decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Familiarity with ROI modeling and value-based selling approaches. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment. Experience applying structured sales methodologies (e.g., Force Management or similar) is highly preferred.
