Strong commercial and corporate law foundation, especially in contracts and negotiations. Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proactive, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset. Genuine curiosity about fintech, crypto, and technology's impact on financial services.

Partner with teams to provide practical legal advice. Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements. Monitor and interpret evolving regulations. Collaborate on new products, identifying legal risks and solutions. Build scalable processes for legal work. Work with regulators and external counsel. Grow with mentorship and exposure to legal/strategic challenges.
