Aerospace Intellectual Property Counsel – Patents, Trademarks & Technology Innovation

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and active U.S. bar membership in good standing. 5+ years of experience in intellectual property and corporate law, ideally with aerospace, aviation, or technology industry experience. Proven experience managing global IP portfolios, including patents, trademarks, and licensing agreements. Strong analytical, strategic, and client-facing skills. Tech-savvy and adaptable, experienced with IP management systems and modern legal technology tools.

Advise aerospace and aviation clients on global IP strategy, portfolio management, and enforcement. Guide products through development, identifying IP assets and protection strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, technology, and licensing agreements. Support regulatory compliance, due diligence, and business initiatives. Lead IP education and training for engineers and scientists. Collaborate with teams to align IP strategy with innovation goals.
