Requirements:
3+ years in customer success, training, or a related field responsible for product adoption. Preferably in the SaaS or public safety industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of fostering relationships across multiple organizational levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies. Passion for helping customers succeed. Direct experience in the 911 space or supporting 911 services is a nice to have.
Responsibilities:
Become a subject matter expert on the Prepared platform. Conduct onsite, hands-on training for agency roles. Monitor customer usage metrics and address areas for improvement. Serve as the voice of the customer internally. Triage and resolve customer issues with the technical support team.
