3+ years in customer success, training, or a related field responsible for product adoption. Preferably in the SaaS or public safety industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of fostering relationships across multiple organizational levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new technologies. Passion for helping customers succeed. Direct experience in the 911 space or supporting 911 services is a nice to have.
