🔍 Meteorology, Weather Forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in meteorology.
- Maintain American Meteorological Society Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) or PhD in meteorology or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience providing expert testimony and presentations related to forensic investigations.
- At least 3 years in conducting investigations related to severe thunderstorms and tornadoes.
- Preferred experience in wildfire investigations using satellite detection.
- At least 3 years analyzing Doppler Radar data.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in forensic or operational meteorology.
- Strong organizational skills and supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with NOAA Weather and Climate Toolkit, Gibson Ridge Radar Software, GIS Software like QGIS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Develop strategic vision for the Forensics team and implement ideas for revenue growth.
- Monitor and improve department operations and delegate tasks.
- Forecast and monitor sales and optimize client project pricing.
- Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with Marketing and PR to increase awareness of Forensic services.
- Manage CRM data on customers and sales.
- Work with contracts team for efficient negotiations.
- Incorporate new technology into forensic analysis.
- Prepare individual project reports and provide expert testimony.
- Assign projects to team members and oversee progress.
- Manage and mentor department personnel including evaluations and goal setting.
