Requirements:

• BA/BS in related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in related field.
• Demonstrated writing experience and knowledge of software development practices.
• Working knowledge of CMS systems or similar documentation management systems.
• Experience with modern scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, CSS.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).
• Self-driven; good problem-solving skills; adaptable and willing to take ownership.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; achieves consensus with peers.
• Demonstrates critical thinking, creative skills, and use of design, diagrams, and charts.

Responsibilities:

• Develops functional, efficient, and peer-reviewed documentation.
• Writes internal and customer-facing documentation.
• Translates technical info into easily understood documentation.
• Ensures established processes and standards are followed.
• Seeks clarification and assistance on advanced problems.
