Production Orders Administrator with Italian/Spanish and English

Fluent Italian/Spanish and English (B2 level or higher) At least 1 year of relevant experience (procurement, logistics, order management) Experience with engineering orders is an advantage Experience with transactional IT systems is an advantage Ready to solve non-standard problems Willing to work overtime (paid) and available for urgent questions outside business hours Willing to work in a fast-growing business environment Willing to systematize own work and participate in process automation Comfortable home office workplace with stable internet and conference call capability

Supervise processing of production orders Document orders in internal systems Select suitable production partners Support manufacturing process (dates, dispatch, delivery, quality) Track payments and work with customers Solve problems with customers and manufacturers Achieve results despite difficulties
