Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Key Account Management (B2B) or Payment Management (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, and E-commerce industries) with the same scope of responsibilities. Good understanding of Fintech. Experience in onboarding clients for the merchant accounts. Proactive approach. Excellent communication and self-management skills, result-oriented. Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced level of English proficiency. Fluency in Ukrainian/ Russian.
Responsibilities:
Provide and support the client with the full onboarding cycle. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews with clients. Effectively communicate unique value propositions to customers. Negotiate and close complex B2B deals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams on behalf of the customer. Monitor customers’ activity on an ongoing basis and proactively address any unusual changes. Report on the KPIs completion and other tasks assigned to the KAM on a monthly basis. Assists with the article preparation and updates on Confluence. Mentor the newcomers, conduct shadow sessions and training. Proactively gather customers’ feedback regarding the product, service. Gather industry trends and insights from the customers, partners, network and share the knowledge within the team. Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics.
