Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Account Management (B2B)/ Legal Consultant (Fintech) or Payment Management (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, and E-commerce industries). Good understanding of Fintech. Experience in onboarding clients for merchant accounts. Proactive approach. Excellent communication and self-management skills. Result-oriented. Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English proficiency. Fluency in Ukrainian/Russian.
Responsibilities:
Support clients through the full onboarding cycle. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers. Foster strong client relationships built on trust. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Conduct regular business reviews with clients. Communicate value propositions and address objections. Negotiate and close B2B deals. Monitor KPIs and metrics for account growth and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on behalf of customers. Monitor customer activity and address unusual changes. Report on KPIs completion to the line manager. Assist with article preparation on Confluence. Mentor newcomers and conduct training. Gather customer feedback for product/service improvement. Gather industry trends and share knowledge within the team. Maintain professional conduct and ethics.
