Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers. Manage onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment projects. Monitor & increase usage and performance metrics. Translate customer goals into actionable plans. Lead QBRs and regular account reviews. Act as the voice of the customer internally. Support product development through testing and customer feedback. Support renewals and expansions. Drive continuous improvement.
