5+ years of direct experience designing software applications for web and mobile at a senior or higher level. Ability to contribute directly to the product with designs across multiple feature areas. Mentorship and team-leading skills. Ability to design beautiful, intuitive experiences thoroughly. Ability to create flows that guide users intuitively through their tasks while accounting for micro-interactions. Ability to make sound judgment calls based on expertise and past experience. Familiarity with and respect for design systems. Ability to understand and use existing design system and patterns. Ability to propose adjustments when needed. Ability to keep up with pattern changes from other designers. Ability to advocate for common patterns across all feature areas.
