Principal Product Designer

10+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer. Proven track record of leading strategic org-wide design, systems, and product initiatives. Expertise in design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam). Mastery of UX design skills (design workshops, solution frameworks, user flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes). Strong visual design and UI skills. Experience leveraging, building upon, and evolving design systems. Demonstrated expertise in designing with a mobile-first lens. Experience designing for AI products (preferred). Experience designing with emerging technologies like GenAI (preferred). Experience as a course instructor or teaching assistant (preferred). Experience designing for consumer SaaS products, LMS, enterprise products, or consumer mobile (preferred).

Set long-term product design vision aligned with company strategy. Lead organizational change and scale practices across distributed teams. Define and navigate complex problem spaces using cross-functional insights. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives from concept to launch. Drive design excellence by refining design standards and practices. Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of innovation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders on technical strategy and experiential outcomes. Engage stakeholders to secure buy-in for strategies through user-centered storytelling. Contribute to business success metrics including UX and brand quality.
