At least 7 years of Product Design experience (for Staff) At least 10 years of Product Design experience (for Principal) At least 2 years at a venture-funded, private startup At least 2 years influencing others' work (for Principal) Majority of experience in-house on direct-to-consumer products Experience in a high-velocity, experiment-driven environment Ability to articulate design reasoning and demonstrate intentionality Demonstrated ability to measure work impact on business Strong portfolio showcasing speed and quality Experience leading projects end-to-end (discovery to measurement) Experience launching 0-1 products Track record of raising the bar for design practices (for Principal)

Lead design strategy across multiple business units Help set the vision for our overall user experience Build new products and iterate on existing ones Balance smaller projects with big bets Manage executive stakeholders Drive improvements to the product development process Mentor and lead the work of other designers (for Principal)
