Requirements:
2+ years in a customer support role in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing and triaging a queue. Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals and KPIs. Hands-on in identifying, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues. Experience with technical products relying heavily on documentation. (Nice to have) Experience supporting US healthcare or diagnostic products.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams. Document findings and contribute to the knowledge base. Support customers across the full journey.
