Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or similar roles. Ideally experience in SaaS, AI, or tech. Highly motivated to break into technology sales with transferable skills (persistence, communication, learning mindset). Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, data-driven, and self-motivated. Tech-savvy and eager to learn about AI, automation, and business travel. Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume, targeted outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video) to identify and qualify leads. Partner with Account Executives to define prospecting strategies and deliver pipeline. Research prospects, identify key decision-makers, and tailor outreach. Collaborate with marketing to execute personalized campaigns. Run discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges and position products. Book qualified meetings for the AE team. Keep Salesforce updated with every contact, activity, and opportunity.
