Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in an outbound SDR role. 1+ years of experience at a startup (Series B or earlier preferred). Highly competitive nature with excellent critical thinking skills. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Great research skills to find the right person to call. Comfortable selling to technical stakeholders. Strong sense of accountability. Coachable, curious, and excited to grow career in sales.
Responsibilities:
Execute ABM-driven outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research target accounts, job titles, and functions to personalize messaging. Consistently schedule 2–5 qualified discovery calls per week. Log activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies.
