Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or Head of Sales/Biz Dev) with direct P&L ownership. Strong background in sales, business development, or partnerships with a track record of driving significant revenue growth. Deep familiarity and/or experience with the Bitcoin Fi (BTCFi) ecosystem and the broader crypto market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Own the company's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting revenue, and optimizing spending. Drive revenue growth by securing new merchant partnerships and building relationships with existing ones. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align strategy and increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the Bitcoin Fi ecosystem. Stay informed about the competitive landscape within Bitcoin Fi and crypto markets. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features. Oversee a customer care team to ensure high CSAT and efficient resolution.
