10+ years in product management with 5+ years at a senior leadership level (Director, Head of Product, VP, or General Manager). Demonstrated success launching and scaling a platform or SaaS business. Deep knowledge of digital wallets, payments, or Web3 products. Experience in consumer fintech or crypto is required. A keen product design sensibility with a user-centric approach. Visionary mindset to shape product strategy aligned with company goals. Strong people leader able to recruit and build a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills.

Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for OCL’s blockchain platform. Oversee the full product development lifecycle. Maintain focus on delivering value to teams building onchain applications. Build and lead a high-performing organization including product and design teams. Develop the commercial strategy and success metrics for the platform offering. Represent the product(s) externally as a thought leader.
