- Build and manage a high-quality multi-step interview process
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across all open roles
- Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling efficiently
- Own onboarding to create a strong new hire experience
- Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates
- Design and manage the company performance review process
- Support leadership with performance improvement plans and employee development
- Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions
- Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests
- Manage employee growth plans and training initiatives
- Coordinate gifting, recognition, and internal culture programs
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant and aligned with company values
