• Conduct first-pass edits on podcast transcripts.
• Oversee quality control of video podcast edits.
• Publish podcast episodes on platforms including Spotify, Megaphone, and YouTube, managing metadata and midroll placements.
• Upload YouTube Shorts and curate social media clips for editing.
• Ideate organic content based on podcast episodes.
• Craft compelling headlines and podcast titles.
• Research and suggest potential podcast guests.
• Manage podcast promo swaps, including pitching and scheduling.
• Drive growth initiatives and execute audience expansion strategies.
• Monitor data, track performance, and adapt strategies.
• Lead monetization efforts across podcast and newsletter platforms.
