Proven experience operating and scaling an info, coaching, or digital education business Strong understanding of content-driven funnels, digital product models, and organic + paid customer acquisition Operator–marketer hybrid: can build structure and drive growth across functions Experience leading remote teams with cross-functional ownership Deep organizational and executional rigor; systems thinker who builds from scratch Comfortable managing complex projects, running team cadences, and delivering against weekly/monthly KPIs Familiarity with EOS or other entrepreneurial operating frameworks Comfortable working across time zones: EU/Dubai strongly preferred, East Coast U.S./Canada acceptable with overlap
