Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, Partner/Channel Engineering, Technical Marketing, or similar role. At least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Strong background in enterprise technology, ideally with SaaS, cloud, networking, security, AI/ML, or data-driven solutions. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused narratives. Experience engaging with C-level executives and strategic accounts. Experience driving collaboration between business development/sales and engineering/product teams. Excellent presentation, storytelling, and consultative customer engagement skills. Sophisticated project management and organizational skills. Familiarity with enterprise sales processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce). Hands-on familiarity with technical tools (e.g., APIs, Kubernetes, automation, software-development lifecycle).
