Proactively prospect and outreach to program offices, primes, and systems integrators Qualify inbound interest and convert leads into opportunities Maintain CRM (opportunity updates, activity logs, accurate forecasting support) Coordinate capture logistics: scheduling briefings/demos, preparing materials, managing attendee lists, and supporting war-room coordination Assist with RFI/RFP intake, drafting standard response language, and preparing inputs for proposal teams and pricing templates Conduct account research and maintain stakeholder maps and competitor trackers Support event execution, on-site demo coordination, and after-action capture of customer feedback
