Requirements:
U.S. Citizen (required). Ability to obtain a security clearance. 1–3 years experience in sales development, capture support, proposals coordination, or a government-facing role. Experience with at least one defense-related domain. Individual contributor experience to at least one government contract win. Familiarity with federal acquisition basics and stakeholder landscape. Strong written and verbal communication; high attention to detail. Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and standard office/productivity software. Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and outreach to program offices, primes, and systems integrators Qualify inbound interest and convert leads into opportunities Maintain CRM (opportunity updates, activity logs, accurate forecasting support) Coordinate capture logistics: scheduling briefings/demos, preparing materials, managing attendee lists, and supporting war-room coordination Assist with RFI/RFP intake, drafting standard response language, and preparing inputs for proposal teams and pricing templates Conduct account research and maintain stakeholder maps and competitor trackers Support event execution, on-site demo coordination, and after-action capture of customer feedback
