Senior Talent Acquisition Operations and Systems Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience Must have Ashby ATS experience 6 + years working directly with talent acquisition systems as an analyst, administrator, or technical lead Hands-on (admin-level) experience with Ashby and Greenhouse Deep understanding of modern end-to-end recruiting processes and systems Experience with systems integration, API utilization, and data flow mapping across TA and HR tools Strong project management skills Excellent communication skills

Serve as subject matter expert and system administrator for Ashby and Greenhouse Own configurations, workflow management, permissioning, troubleshooting, user support, and regular system audits Partner closely with TA leaders, People business partners, and IT to identify opportunities to enhance TA systems Analyze and refine TA processes through deep system and data analysis Assist in the rollout of new features, enhancements, and system updates Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations Manage audits, and implement best practices for managing sensitive candidate data Develop TA systems training, conduct onboarding for new users, create job aids/documentation Drive user adoption for new features Assess new systems or enhancements, lead pilots or rollouts Act as a subject matter expert for AI-driven recruitment solutions
