6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms Proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes at scale Demonstrated ability to shape product vision, influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority, and deliver complex initiatives Strong business acumen with experience building effective business cases, and prioritizing business outcomes Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through cross-functional collaboration Exceptional communication skills across all levels High energy, self-driven, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in fast-paced environments Experience applying whole product design approaches Data-driven decision maker who can translate insights derived from large data sets into product priorities Nice to have: Experience with AI/automation integration in enterprise products, web technologies, content management systems, accessibility standards
