Principal Product Manager - Ecosystems

8+ years of product management experience in developer platforms, API products, or technical infrastructure. Dedicated developer platform experience (built and scaled APIs, SDKs, developer portals, or integration platforms). Deep technical fluency in API design (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), SDK development, OAuth/authentication. Proven developer advocacy skills. Exceptional communication skills. Hands-on developer background (worked as a developer).

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for developer experience across internal and external platforms. Champion world-class developer experience across APIs, SDKs, developer portals, and documentation. Partner with engineering and design to ship intuitive platform features. Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance standards. Understand developer needs through engagement and research. Establish developer education programs. Create feedback loops for continuous product improvements. Evangelize the platform internally and externally. Own the external developer program strategy and partner enablement. Drive ecosystem growth metrics. Collaborate with Business Development and Legal on partnership agreements. Own platform observability strategy. Partner with Security and Privacy teams on authentication and data access controls. Align with Support and DevRel teams to build tiered support infrastructure.
