Requirements:
5+ years of experience. 3+ years in a sales role, preferably in hospitality/restaurant, B2B SaaS, or payment solutions. Action-oriented, client-focused, and motivated with proven results. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Organized and process-oriented, able to multitask and handle pressure. Highly motivated, confident, and a supportive team player. Comfortable demonstrating technical aspects and proficient with PC tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Google Suite, CRM). Able to decipher legal contracts and navigate negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Drive awareness and adoption of new products for existing clients. Build relationships and manage contract renewals. Identify opportunities for client program improvement and expansion. Own the upsell sales process and conduct product demonstrations. Develop relationships through targeted outreach. Draft benchmark analyses to show client opportunities. Coordinate customer meetings and presentations. Manage contractual processes and negotiations. Collaborate with Customer Success for program launch. Meet revenue and product adoption goals.
