Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years in enterprise software sales (SaaS preferred) Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills Strong negotiation skills and success with value- or outcome-based selling Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills Working knowledge and selling experience in the data management, data integration, data movement and SAP space High levels of intellectual curiosity and adaptability Bi-Lingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese and English Speaker) SaaS software sales experience Experience selling into LATAM, Data Integration SaaS and SAP architecture customers Successful selling history within a global company Demonstrated experience driving complex sales cycles and customer success within a matrixed selling and/or a channel ecosystem
