Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive field sales leadership experience within prestige skincare or beauty.
  • Deep, proven experience managing Sephora field teams and retail environments.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for skincare, education, and elevated client experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively (50–70%).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing field organization of Account Executives.
  • Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across all Sephora doors.
  • Drive consistent achievement of sales, productivity, and conversion goals.
  • Serve as a key field partner to Sephora store leadership and regional teams.
  • Ensure brand standards are flawlessly executed across all doors.
  • Support new store openings, expansions, and special initiatives.
  • Act as a brand ambassador.
  • Translate company and Sephora strategies into actionable field plans.
  • Partner with Sales Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing to execute launches and promotions.
  • Provide insights from the field to inform forecasting and growth strategies.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure a best-in-class education and service experience.
  • Partner with Director of Education to develop and execute training strategies.
  • Champion a client-first mindset.
  • Own field budgets, headcount planning, and third-party agency relationships.
  • Optimize coverage models and labor investment.
  • Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and brand guidelines.
