Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and the marketing specialist team. Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns, managing seasonal offers and content calendars. Oversee CRM lifecycle journeys and automations for lead conversion and repeat business. Own weekly executive reporting, monitoring data hygiene, attribution, and KPIs. Ensure consistent brand voice and compliant messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with the Director of Digital on attribution, UTMs, and CRM integrations. Coordinate with creative, print, web, and lifecycle vendors, managing SLAs.
