- Support the structuring and negotiation of joint ventures, partnerships, and co-investment arrangements with institutional capital partners
- Support negotiation of hyperscale data center leases, including long-term NNN build-to-suit leases
- Support land transactions across multiple jurisdictions including purchase and sale agreements
- Support cross-border transactions across the U.S., Europe, and APAC
- Support equity capital raises and co-investment processes
- Direct and manage outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct commercial and legal due diligence on potential partners and counterparties
- Advise on portfolio-level matters including governance and exit mechanics
- Support deal execution end-to-end, from term sheet through close
