- Perform all actions necessary to deliver completed and reconciled books.
- Guide customers through a white-glove onboarding journey.
- Ensure each customer is confident and has completed books post-onboarding.
- Answer client questions regarding financial statements, chart of accounts, and sales tax.
- Resolve A/P and A/R issues, merchant services, and third-party interactions.
