- Coordinate event logistics for host locations, including scheduling, onboarding new hosts, and event-day setup and support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, keeping them informed, engaged, and set up for success
- Maintain accurate event plans, timelines, and status tracking across all active hosts
- Run regular check-ins with hosts to monitor progress, answer questions, and provide the support they need
- Identify hosts who need extra attention and escalate to the appropriate internal team when needed
- Coordinate incentive, funding, or resource logistics tied to host participation
- Provide live, on-the-day support for hosts during their events
- Support post-event wrap-up, including reporting, follow-up communications, and gathering feedback
