Responsibilities:
Resolve incoming questions from customers via the Zendesk ticketing systems and livechat Quickly and efficiently identify and reassign tickets that belong to our other product lines Consistently track individual bugs and issues in Zendesk as directed by a Lead and liaise with developers to resolve these Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team and provide feedback as required to the rest of the company
