Requirements:
2-4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally working with brands, SaaS, or eCommerce clients Confident communicator, poised on calls, calm under pressure, and quick with follow-up Meticulous with documentation, proactive with updates, and committed to delivering measurable results Thrives in a startup or growth-stage environment Relationship-driven professional who enjoys helping brands grow, solve problems, and succeed Deep understanding of eCommerce and brand operations Ability to communicate confidently with founders and marketing leads Confidence leading live product demos, walking clients through features, and handling objections Familiarity with CRMs, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics (experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus)
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of a portfolio of brands Help brands stay active, grow revenue, and achieve measurable results Act as the bridge between the platform and brands Ensure brands see real business impact through support, strategy, and partnership Lead client calls, troubleshoot issues, and spot new opportunities for growth Share customer insights internally to shape product improvements Manage revenue performance and engagement metrics within assigned accounts Ensure account retention and expansion Lead regular calls with founders, marketers, and brand teams Onboard new brands, demo features, and guide them toward quick wins Monitor client engagement and take early action for performance decline Act as a strategic advisor on optimization, partnerships, and campaign effectiveness Coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers and deliver solutions Collect customer feedback and translate into actionable insights Maintain detailed CRM notes and documentation
